The insured parcels should be handed in to a post office or post-in-shop.
How much does it cost?
The parcels are priced by you, with the price based on the actual weight. It is important to remember that the price is not calculated on volume weight.

Franking machine can be used for the following services:
Business Parcel, Express next day, PickUp Parcel and Home Delivery Parcel.

What do you need to know?
When your parcels arrive at Norway Post, we check that everything is correct. In the event of any discrepancies, we will credit or invoice the difference.

Print the address label
You can weigh the parcel on the scale integrated in the franking machine, your own connected scale or an external scale.
Print the address labels on a regular printer or thermal printer and attach them to the top of the parcels.

How to hand in the parcels
Hand in your parcels to the nearest post office or post-in-shop.

Unused franking prints
Do you have unused franking imprint, fill in our refund form and send it together with the unused prints to Posten Norge AS, Customer Service, PO Box 133, 1701 Sarpsborg. A fee of NOK 147,- per refund claim is payable.
