  • Cargo Insurance

    Suitable if you would like to take out insurance for full compensation in the event of damage or loss of your items.

    The insurance applies to all types of permitted goods with the exception of:

    • Mobile phones
    • Wine
    • Spirits
    • Refrigerated, frozen and fresh goods
    • Damaged goods

    Items sent to or from Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan cannot be insured.
    Please phone your seller if you would like cargo insurance for a full year.
    You can insure each parcel up to NOK 100,000 and each pallet up to NOK 1,000,000.

    Prices from December 1, 2019:

    Parcel

    Europe: NOK 129
    Rest of the world: NOK 177

    Pallet

    Europe: From December 1, 2019: 0.2% of the insured value - minimum NOK 444.
    Rest of the world: not applicable – can only be combined with Parcel and Pallet products.

  • Cash On Delivery (COD)

    Suitable if you would like to give your customers the opportunity to pay when the parcel is delivered. The amount is always transferred to your bank account in the recipient country. This additional service requires you to use an EDI solution, and you must create a bank account with or without OCR in the recipient country.

    It is important to remember that the transport label must include the COD triangle, the COD amount, COD bank account and, if you wish, a COD reference. Bring will be responsible for the full COD amount if the parcel is delivered without collecting the COD.

  • Customs Clearance (CC) information via EDI

    You can send all customs clearance information electronically via EDI with this service. Information and shipped items will always arrive at the right place at the right time.

    All you need to do is send the information in your commercial invoice in a file to us at the same time as the item is collected from you. The EDI file will be forwarded so that your goods can be declared before they arrive in the recipient country. Onward transport of your goods from there to your recipients is then faster.

  • e-Advising

    This additional service gives you the option of letting your recipient know that the parcel is on its way, and where and when delivery will take place. If you provide the recipient's mobile phone number, we will send an SMS instead of traditional notification by mail, informing them that the parcel was delivered to the post office. This provides your customer with a smoother collection experience. The message states when the parcel will be delivered to the recipient's door.
