Prior notification discounts

1. Large items
   If you are sending 1,000 to 5,000 large items of identical format you simply register your mailing as a prior notification at My Post. If you are sending more than 5,000 large items you must also upload a postcode file that displays the number of items per postcode.
2. Small items
   The minimum number for small items is 50,000. Register your mailing as a prior notification at My Post. Remember to upload a postcode file that displays the number of items per postcode.

Postcode files can be uploaded in Excel or csv file formats

Discount for delivery density - in combination with prior notification

If you have already uploaded a postcode file in connection with registration of a prior notification, the discount for delivery density will be automatically calculated on items addressed to postcodes within the areas with high delivery density. There is no need to upload a new postcode file.. Read more about delivery density.
