If the delivery address is not entered, the sender may be charged a wrong address fee. It is the sender’s responsibility to enclose the necessary customs documentation.

Wrapping:

It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the contents of a parcel are properly packaged. There is often a lot of reloading and resorting along the way, and this must be taken into consideration when assessing the type of packaging. The packaging must be solid and large enough for the item that is being sent. Fragile items must be packed in shock-absorbent material that withstands pressure and shock, thereby protecting the contents. Goods placed on pallets must generally be wrapped, strapped or packaged in a way that provides optimum protection against damage and ensures that goods stay together on the pallet during transport.

It is also the Customer's responsibility not to export or import prohibited content to the current recipient or sender country.
