Restrictions for parcels from Norway

In connection with corona, and the war in Ukraine, some countries now have restrictions for where parcels can be sent from companies in Norway, see the table below.

Business Parcel and PickUp Parcel cannot be sent to the following countries:

Afghanistan
Belarus**
Bhutan
Laos
Niger
North-Korea
Russia**
South Sudan
Sudan
Syria
Timor-Leste
Ukraine*
Yemen

*Parcels can now be shipped by road transport to Ukraine and Russia. Delays will occur compared to ordinary delivery times.

Express delivery by air freight/QuickPack cannot be sent to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

** Due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine and Belarus' participation, with subsequent sanctions from the EU, Norway, etc., Posten / Bring has decided to suspend the Shipment of B2C and B2B parcels to Russia and Belarus until further notice from Monday 25 April. This applies to the services EMS, Business Parcel and Pick Up Parcel. Shipments that may be handed in to Posten / Bring from and including the mentioned date will be rejected upon delivery or returned to the sender.

We will stop receiving the following shipments to Russia and Belarus from Monday 25 April:

• 1015 (EMS)
• 1016 (EMS)
• 0330 (Business parcel)
• 0340 (Pick up parcel)

Shipments that still enter our service network from Monday 25 April will be returned to the sender. Norway Post's Customer Service can be contacted for a refund of postage on returned items.
