Depending on the regulations of the recipient country, the mailing item will either be delivered direct to the door or to the post office.
Parcels that are attempted to be delivered or that are sent directly to the post office have a collection deadline of at least 14 days and up to 4 weeks in some countries. If the parcel is not collected by this deadline and there is not an explicit waiver for this in the transport label, the parcel will be returned to you. The list price for an equivalent new parcel to the country in question must then be paid.
How much does it cost?
The price includes collection, transport and delivery to the recipient's post office. Export and import declarations are included in the price.
You must have an agent or a representative in the recipient country who can handle customs and VAT.
Feel free to contact us for further information on prices.
Prices increase by 7.5 % by December 1, 2023.
Useful customs information
Export customs clearance is always included in the shipping price when you are sending parcels abroad. Correct customs documentation is important to avoid stops in customs processing and delays.
Below you will find which customs documents are necessary for your package to reach your recipient as quickly as possible:
• transport/edi label
• two copies of the commercial invoice (Commercial invoice)
Import declaration is charged to the recipient/importer, except in Sweden and Germany. If you need help filling in the customs documents, you can go to customs documents.
If you would like to make changes to your mailing item, you can choose from different additional services. These are ordered through either Mybring or EDI.
Cargo Insurance - we recommend Cargo Insurance for guaranteed compensation for the full value of your goods in the event of damage or loss.
Applies to all types of permitted goods with the exception of mobile phones, wine, spirits and refrigerated, frozen and fresh or damaged goods. Items sent to/from Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan cannot be insured.
Please contact your seller if you would like Cargo Insurance for a full year.
By entering their mobile number or email address, your customer will be notified by SMS or email when the shipment is on its way.
Your private recipients will have parcels delivered direct to the door. Applies to: PickUp Parcel Bulk
Your parcel can be delivered even if your recipient is not present to sign for it. You must provide an alternative delivery location on the transport label, for example “The item should be put under the stairs”.
When the recipient is not present for delivery, the driver follows the alternative instructions. The recipient then avoids having to collect the parcel from another address, thus speeding up delivery. This service is free and only applies in Denmark and Sweden. For this, you must be able to order via EDI and you must enter into an additional agreement with the seller.
You can send all customs clearance information electronically via EDI with this service. Information and shipped items will always arrive at the right place at the right time.
All you need to do is send the information in your commercial invoice in a file to us at the same time as the item is collected from you. The EDI file will be forwarded so that your goods can be declared before they arrive in the recipient country. Onward transport of your goods from there to your recipients is then faster.
Please contact your seller for more information about this additional service or general customs documentation.
Applies to: PickUp Parcel Bulk and Home Delivery Parcel
Suitable if you would like your customers to be able to return parcels free of charge from Denmark, Finland and Sweden.
