Constant changes in the road network mean that there will occur surcharges for all parcels, groupage and part load shipments.

For shipments between two terminals, the level for both the sender terminal and the receiver terminal is used as a basis. For local shipments, the level is applied only once, either level 1 or level 2. For shipments between a metropolitan terminal (Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Stavanger) and another terminal, level 2 plus level 1 is used as a basis. For a shipment between two terminals outside the major cities, level 1 is used twice as a basis.
For parcels, the road toll is calculated per parcel. For groupage, pallets and partloads the road toll is calculated per shipment.
Home Delivery
From 1 October 2026: 3.45 % toll surcharge per shipment.
From 1 October 2025: 3.15 % toll surcharge per shipment.
Home mailbox parcel
