1. What can be returned?
Return to Business is a service for online store businesses that wish to offer their private customers a simple return solution for goods purchased online. The EDI order automatically transfers information about the return to Posten's systems.

9. Preparation and sorting

It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that the content of the shipment complies with the current regulations. The packaging must be securely closed around the contents so that they are well-supported.
15. Tracking
For Return to Business, EDI is used to capture the following tracking events:

The tracking event is captured when the package is scanned by the postal worker at the delivery location.
The recipient (business) is notified that the return has been submitted and is on its way.
- Upon arrival at the postal terminal, when registered on the MVU/sorting machine.
The tracking event is captured when the package is automatically registered, measured, and weighed. No notification is made at this time.

The tracking event is captured when the driver scans the package and places it in the vehicle, ready for delivery.
The recipient (business) is notified of any deviations, such as delays, etc.
- When the package is delivered to the recipient (business).
The tracking event is captured when the driver scans and delivers the package to the recipient.
The sender receives a push notification that the package has been delivered to the recipient.
