Terms and Conditions for Permanent change of address- Temporary redirection - Safekeeping of mail

1. General

The services are performed in accordance with these terms of delivery, based on the agreement between the customer and Posten Norge AS (Posten).
An agreement for the services is considered concluded when Posten has received an order with correct and complete information, and Posten has sent a confirmation to the customer.

The services may be used by private individuals and may include one, several, or all persons in a household. The services may also be used by business customers established in Norway and must then include all mail addressed to the business at the specified address. If the business has multiple addresses, a separate order must be submitted for each address if required.

Administrators of estates of deceased persons or bankruptcy estates may order Temporary Mail Forwarding for mail addressed to the deceased or bankrupt person.

The services may not be used for private mail addressed to a company (workplace) or institution (hospital, school, hotel, boarding school, etc.), or for mail addressed to Poste Restante
