Processing of personal data – International Tracked Packet

This document describes how Posten Bring AS (hereinafter «we») processes your personal information when ordering International Tracked Packet, 0 – 2 kg.

Posten Bring AS’ General Privacy statement applies in addition to this privacy statement. In the General Privacy statement, you can find more information about your rights and how you can get in touch with us to exercise your rights, e.g. if you have questions or a complaint about our processing of your personal data.
The party responsible for processing personal data is Posten Bring AS, organization number 984 661 185, Biskop Gunnerus' gate 14 A, 0185 Oslo.


1. What personal data we process and for what purposes

International Tracked Packet, 0 – 2 kg, can only be ordered online. You must state the sender's and recipient's name and address. Additional it is mandatory to fill in e-mail/phone.no. and IOSS no. (if any). The sender’s name and address will be visible on the address label and are used if the shipment must be returned. E-mail, phone.no and IOSS no. will not be visible on the address label. The sender’s e-mail address and payment information will be used to send a receipt and to purchase the service.  
Information indicated on the address label: 

  • Sender/recipient: E-mail/Phone no.: Sent via EDI 
  • Sender: IOSS no.: VAT Prepaid  

To process the personal data provided, our processing basis is to fulfill the agreement with you to deliver International Tracked Packet.

2. Storage time

Personal data is deleted when the agreement has ended and all obligations arising from the contractual relationship have been fulfilled. Personal information and shipment data for items without customs clearance is stored in 26 months the same as with the European Postal System Solutions (IPC). Information provided in connection with customs clearance is stored by Posten Norge AS for 5 years.
