Return to business – for private consumers
Make returns easy for both your customers and yourself. Your customers deliver their return at their preferred place and method, and the return is delivered to the company's door.

Return to business is a customized return service for online stores that want an easier everyday life and a flexible return scheme. You pay for the shipping, and the customer delivers their return to a Post-in-store, in a parcel box or sends from their own mailbox. Return to business parcels without a label cannot be delivered to Post-in-stores.
The return is delivered directly to the online store's delivery address.
The return parcel can of course be tracked by both you and your customer. The customer is notified when you have received the return - predictable and safe. And you avoid unnecessary inquiries.

The price is calculated from the same price list as for the Pick-up parcel service.
Prices increase by 2.2 % from 1 July 2025.

Technical specifications
Maximum weight: 35 kg
Maximum dimensions: 240 cm length, length + circumference = 360 cm.
If the parcel is in roll form or over 120x60x60 cm, it has to be sorted manually. There will then be a price surcharge from December 1, 2024. There will then be a price surcharge from July 1, 2025.

Ordering and prepairing
Order the return service "Return to business" via EDI or Mybring. Include the return label in the parcel to the customer or send the return label to the customer when the need arises. If you want to let the customer order their own return and label, you can use "Recipient-ordered return in Mybring".

Packing and packaging
The customer packs the goods in a suitable manner, attaches the return label and delivers the parcel to a post office or pick-up point. The parcel can be tracked once it is scanned at the drop-off location.

During transport
As the recipient, you will be notified that a return has been delivered and is on its way. When the parcel arrives at the post terminal it is automatically registered, sorted, measured and weighed. You have a complete overview of all tracking events along the way.

Receiving the return
Return parcels are delivered to you between 08:00 and 16:00. Your customer will be notified when the return is received by your online store.
