You can order through this site or via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and we will collect your parcel if you have a pick-up and delivery agreement with us. If not, you can hand in the parcel to the nearest post office or post-in-shop.

If your parcel is below the minimum size of 23 x 13 x 1 cm, it must be sorted manually. This incurs a surcharge.

Changes in the service from January 1, 2018. You can read about the changes here.

The mailing item can be tracked.

Mailing items sent by air will undergo security checks. If your parcel is stopped by security staff, your business will be informed of its status and of how your parcel will be forwarded.

The recipient

The recipient

The recipient will have the mailing item delivered direct to their door with production of a receipt. Express parcels that cannot be delivered can be collected from the post office or post-in-shop. If you would like your recipient to present ID prior to delivery (LINK), we can request this on your behalf.

If the parcel is not collected within seven days (within 5 days from 1 February 2017), the recipient will receive a reminder. If it has still not been collected after 14 days, it will be returned to your business.

How much does it cost?

You will find the price of using Business Parcel Express Overnight in your agreement or in the price list below.

How to use the price list

The price is based on the zones (1-5), which are an indication of the distance between the sender and the recipient. First, find the right postcode and zone in the zone overview.

When you know which zone the parcel is being sent to, you can find the right price by looking at the chargeable weight of your parcel in relation to its zone in the price table.
