The delivery times are:

  • between 8:00 a.m - 9:00 a.m
  • between 9:00 a.m - 11:30 a.m
  • between 9:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m

Delivered to the door by 9:00 a.m the next morning in central areas*.
Express Delivery can be sent to the entire country including Svalbard.
Delivery on Saturday is offered as an additional service to many post codes.

You can order through this site or via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and we will collect your parcel if you have a pick-up and delivery agreement with us. If not, you can hand in the parcel to the nearest post office or post-in-shop.

The recipient

The recipient

The recipient will have the mailing item delivered direct to their door with production of a receipt. Express parcels that cannot be delivered can be collected from the post office or post-in-shop. If you would like your recipient to present ID prior to delivery, we can request this on your behalf.

If the parcel is not collected within seven days, the recipient will receive a reminder. If it has still not been collected after 14 days, it will be returned to your business.

* Extra days may apply for specific post codes.

Overview of zones

Here is how to find the number of zones:

All post codes are connected to a terminal. This overview is called destination register, and here you will find the number of zones between the post code and the terminal. The number of zones between the terminals can be found in the zone table.

When you send your Business parcel express overnight, enter the destination register and find out which terminal the recipient post number belongs to and the number of zones between the recipient post number and the terminal. Then check the zones linehaul table to determine the number of zones between the sending and receiving terminals. Finally, add the number of zones you found.

Example - From 3110 T√łnsberg to 6409 Molde
a. From Vestfold to Molde there are 4 zones (zones linehaul table)
b. Postal code 6409 goes via Molde and has zone 1 (destination register)

In total, this will be 5 zones.

If the total number of zones becomes zero, the consignment is priced as one shipping zone.

How to use the price list

The price is based on the zones (1-5), which are an indication of the distance between the sender and the recipient. First, find the right postcode and zone in the zone overview.

When you know which zone the parcel is being sent to, you can find the right price by looking at the chargeable weight of your parcel in relation to its zone in the price table.
